Padi specialty ‘peak performance buoyancy’

Peak Performance Buoyancy (minimum program duration: 1 day - 2 dives): During Peak Performance Buoyancy program, you will use and learn the basic instructions for the PADI weight in order to determine the correct amount of weight you need.

Afterwards, you will practice the basic principles of Peak Performance Buoyancy during two open sea dives, including buoyancy control techniques, precise underwater buoyancy setting, weight distribution and placement, hydrodynamics' location and mental representation.

Minimum integration program time: 1 day - 2 dives (5 hours)

Age: 10 years and up
